A client requests a treatment and preferred time on Coifina's website, or calls the reception desk.

Place it on the stylist calendar
Turn the booking into an appointment on a stylist column; the calendar checks working hours, breaks and absences.

Book inside the processing window
During a colour processing window, the stylist's active work pauses so a quick cut can share that gap.
Processing - 4
Complete the visit
Move the appointment from checked-in to in-service and completed once styling is done.

Saving an appointment checks the stylist's weekday hours, breaks, absences and active segments before writing to the calendar.
