Coifina GmbH, Seestrasse 18, 6415 Arth, Switzerland, is a fictional showcase company; it does not exist.

This environment is operated by simplidigita AI GmbH, Inseli 4, 6415 Arth, Switzerland. It is the controller for personal data processed on this website. Commercial Register of the Canton of Schwyz · UID CHE-174.454.280 · Email: hello@simplidigita.ai

Please do not enter real personal data in the booking form.

When you submit the form, we store your name, email address, phone number, chosen treatment, preferred stylist, preferred date and time, message, confirmation of this notice, the language of the page and the language in which we write to you.

Name, email address, treatment and confirmation are required. The data is stored as a booking in our appointments app.

On submission, the website and the appointments app process your IP address to limit abuse. The website holds it in memory for one hour. The booking record does not store it.

When the salon turns your booking into an appointment, it records you as a customer with name, email address, phone number and correspondence language alongside the scheduled calendar slot.

The booking form sends your data to the Coifina appointments app. Every visitor who opens the public showcase appointments app from the simplidigita website can see the bookings there, as can the administrators of simplidigita AI GmbH. We do not share the data with anyone else.

This website and the appointments app run on servers in Germany. simplidigita operates them on infrastructure provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, Gunzenhausen, Germany, acting as processor. Server logs are sent to a central log store on a simplidigita server in Switzerland and deleted after 14 days.

The appointments app does not delete a booking automatically. It stays until simplidigita deletes it. Write to hello@simplidigita.ai and we will delete your data.

When you choose a language, the website stores your choice for one year in the locale cookie. Light or dark mode is stored in your browser's local storage and for one year in the digita-look cookie so every page displays it consistently. The cookie contains only your display settings and a change counter. The website uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

You can request information about your data and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Write to hello@simplidigita.ai.
